Dear Siva,

Your writing is difficult to decipher. What do you mean by 4 datures ? I wonder whether there is any such word "datures" in English.

It is very simple. If the property in the District Collector's record exists in the second son's name and the requisite documentation for transfer from X to the second son is in oder, you settle the seller the agreed consideration for the property, pay the prevailing Stamp Duty on the transfer of the property and get it on your name in the District Collector's record.

May be.

Have title thoroughly investigated with title opinion/report from experienced lawyer to know ownership in accordance with law.
