General Power of Attorney

I have executed a GPA in favour of my brother to sell property owned by me at Bangalore. Now I have come to Bangalore and personally wants to executed a Sale Deed in favour of Pruchasers.

No problem if you are in Bangalore you can still execute a sale deed.

GPA doesn’t bar the authority of its Principal. You can sale your property, but keep in mind, revoke GPA before or after sale of property to avoid mishap which may occur.

You are at liberty to supersede your attorney. Moreover, the GPA Holder only is your agent; what your agent may do, you can surely do yourself. The GPA is no bar in your way.
