Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grandmother had two children, one my uncle and one my mother.. She died 10 years before.. she had written the property to her son that is my uncle before she died with the permission of my mother. At that time i am not legally major. My age at that time was 17 years.. now my uncle is holding that property who is unmarried at the age of 50. is there any opportunity to claim some share from my grandmother's property which is owned by my uncle now. i belong to a indian hindu community. Grandfather also died three years after my grandmother. please let me know is there any option to claim that property as my uncle is not married and using that is a improper way.
