Re: property

The landlord has two options in such cases - first to get final Decree of eviction of tenants from Trial/Appellate Courts on the grounds contemplated by law (construction of new building is not a ground for eviction of tenant contemplated by law) and second to arrive at an amicable and mutual settlement with the tenants and get an express written consent of tenants for new construction. The landlord can not construct new building without happening of any one of the two options.
