transfer of tile of plot
my grandfather had given me the powe of attorney of a leased plot which i got done on my name by way of sale deed and executed the power of attorney ,what are the implications???

POA is required to examined in order to render Advise. It seems that you have acted both i.e POA holder and also purchaser.The sale process is nul and void and the same invites criminal and civil implications.
