my father purchased a land in my name in Delhi some 15 years back when i was doing my studies. all the papers including registration of the land were on my name and the papers were with my father. i came to know that my two brothers have sold the land some seven years back without my knowledge. only paper which i am having with me is the sale agrement of that land. now my question to you sir/madam is that
1. CAN I TAKE SOME LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON WHO HAS BOUGHT THE LAND. OR I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MY BROTHER

in case the land was registered in your name and you can substantially prove that you came to know of the same recently, you may seek cancellation of sale of the land by your brothers. you also need to implead the alleged buyer as a party.
You have both Civil and criminal remedies available against your brother and the buyer(s).
Get upto date papers and information and then decide.
You can take action against both the purchaser and also your brothers both for cancellation of the sale deed and for cheating.
