Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
On what grounds can a registered WILL be challenged in the High court ?? Property is based in Mumbai. I am probating my mother's WILL which is in my name only and my other brothers will challenge it. The WILL is genuine with doctor's letter & duly registered.
Kindly advise me.

Only if they can prove that the sign of your mother has been forged or your mother had not made a will in sound condition. But it is very difficult to prove
