Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I misplaced my sale deed of the property and have now obtained a true copy of the original from the registrar. I have a buyer for the property now but he is hesitant to buy stating that the bank will not give loan to him because the orginal sale deed is lost. What is the way out here.
