Re: trust

For creating a trust firstly a trust deed is to be drafted stating the place of office of the trust and the motive, purpose, aim, source of funds etc. of the trust to be stated, thereafter, the name of official like president etc.to be stated.Trust deed is required to be registed with registrar societies only then trust can start functioning.
