Legal Question
Recently I recieved a summons for small claim from a past landlord. It has been almost two years I have not heard from her until now wanting almost 5000.00 dollars in late fees and other fees. I am uemployed and very concerned she will continue to persue this and harrass us. Please let know what I should do.
