Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

Do you a lenghty medical stay I was forced to file a chapter 7. It seems that Chase bank sold my credit card dept to a collection agency. Chase was notified of the BK and was served with proper notification in Sept. 2010. I have been receiving non stop calls from this collection agency as well as mailed notices. I have told them that these were in the bankruptcy and gave them enough information to locate the information. They continue to call on a dialer method. What can I do to rid these people, do I have any legal recourse under the fair credit act?

Yes, you do have rights... feel free to contact my paralegal Kelly and she can help you with this.

If you listed it in your bankruptcy, then they should not be calling you. We can get the calls to stop and get this fixed. Call her on the direct number or feel free to email us with your contact information and we will get it started.
