breaking probation
If someone were on probation for possesion of marijuana and was then arrested for under age concupmption is there any chance to keep the marijuana charge as a non conviction?

If you start going to AA/NA and do some voluntary community service (20 hours) before you get to your VOP hearing, the judge might be impressed enough to give you a break.
