Re: Driving while intoxicated

Your penalty will depend on your BAC. Your driver's license was automatically suspended for 90 days the day you were arrested. The court could order an alcohol program, AA meetings, and fine you. It is up to the judge what you get. You will also be put on probation for at least a year. It is going to cost you a lot. Your insurance company will cancel you. And any new policy will cost a fortune.
