Child Support

My sons girlfriend moved to another county and filed for child support. He lives in Vigo and she in Wayne county. His daughter is 5 years old and he has supported her voluntarily all that time. He was summoned to prosecutor's office but has no way to get to Wayne county. What should he do?

Your son better find himself a ride and bring his proof of payments and current pay stub with him to show the prosecutor.

I doubt that a telephone call and mail will be sufficient.
