Teen Father's Rights

My son is 15 and his 17 year old girlfriend is pregnant. She will be 18 when the baby is born. I have two questions-1. Is it possible for my son to get joint custody with the help of his parents? 2. Can charges be filed on the girlfriend for having sex with someone under the age of 16?

more facts are needed regarding the living situation. You would have to talk to the Prosecutor in your county about pressing charges. However, giving her anarrest record may jeopardize your grandchild long term, so think that through.
