Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Court changing support and visitation without notificaiton

My children are in a gardianship with my ex's family. My child support stopped for a short time and then it started again with a 70% increase. I now have no visitation order. I was never informed of any hearing on this matter. No one will give me any answers. I have called the clerks office, court, attorneys, everyone. No one will send me any paper work or give me any answers. I am trying to get by on less than $190 per week now that all of this has happend. What can I do? Have my civil rights been violated?

If this has happened within the last 30 days, you can ask that the judgments be set aside because of the failure to give you proper notice.

I would need to know a lot more about your case before I could be more specific in my answer.
