Divorce by abandonment
My wife left approx. two years ago with no known address or where abouts. We have no property, assets or children. Can I apply for divorce by abandonment myself? If so where do I get the neccessary forms and infomation?

In Indiana, you don't have to have "grounds" for a divorce, other than an irretrievable breakdown. So, you don't have to cite why, other than that, that you believe the marriage should end.
When someone is missing in action, you can do service by publication, which means that you run an ad three times in a publication of general circulation, and then the court would grant you a divorce in her absence.
If you want to have a do-it-yourself deal, go to a good library in your county and do some research. You should be able to find samples of model forms and read up on the rules about notice by publication.
