Divorce in Lake County, Indiana

How long does an uncontested divorce in Indiana take? How long does a contested divorce take? Is a ''cooling'' off period required?We've been married for 13 years, no children.

60 days after the filing of either, which is the "cooling off period".

From a practical standpoint, contesteds are not heard that quickly, the courts are logjammed.
