guardianship

my 15year old grandson moved inwith me and they will notlet

him in school because i don't have guardianship i can get a power of attorney paper but the school will not accept it.he is staying with me until his mother can get on her feet.i can't afford the cost of full guardianship.is there any thing i can do.

A guardianship shouldn't cost you more than $750, plus the filing fee of $127.

I'm sure you can find a lawyer who will work with you on the payments.
