Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Household income

My girlfriend and I are moving in together. SHe has 3 children and recieves child support. When she moves in, and/or we get married, does our household income count in the calculation of child support? Her Ex wants to take her to court to count my income to lower his child support obligation. Besides being low, is this legal?

Re: Household income

Please go to the Indiana Child Support Guidelines at http://www.in.gov/judiciary/rules/. There is a section that explains income and what can be used and how a second marriage may or may not affect child support.
