Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Is there any kind of case law that deals with a 3rd party interfering with a persons ability to pay child support. My ex-husband also has a recently ex-girlfriend who he had an additional child with. While we where married we had 2.

She got him fired from his bank job and then harassed him about paying her child support. This of course also affected his ability to pay me child support. I haven't received child support for almost 4 years. She has gotten support on and off during those 4 years through his unemployment wages and other small jobs. My ex-husband has recently gotten a good job and will be able to start paying me child support again. She is apparently trying to again get him fired from this job also, I'm assuming as punishment for leaving her. I don't think she is bright enough to realize that if he doesn't have a job she doesn't get support.

Is there any case law for me to sue her for interference or order her to cease and desist her harassment?

No such case law. I assume it has already occurred to you that you may not be getting all the facts accurately.
