Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been married for 9 years I have two children with my wifeif I choose to file for divorce do I need to see an attorney to do that or do I just go to the courthouse and file also if I had a home prior to the marriage will my wife be entitled to half of the house

You do not need to see an attorney to file a divorce any more than I need to see a garage mechanic to overhaul my engine. However, the odds of either being done successfully are slim. You should have an attorney, particularly when you have children involved.
