Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My question is a simple question...what are my daughter's dowry rights in the state of Indiana? Her name does not appear on any real property document - i.e., real estate mortgage, etc - thus her right of joint-ownership to property of value enjoyed together with her husband today, may be questioned by other interested parties should her husband pass away prematurely. Moreover, in this situation, wouldn't her husband's estate go through probate court?

If her name is not on the deed, she has no ownership interest in the land. Title to real estate may pass through probate, through a trust, or a transfer on death deed.
