Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

This question is about my brother. He has a lawyer and has begun the divorce process. He is still living in the house with his wife and kids; however, the wife goes out all of the time and is having an affair. He wants to get out of the house but wants to take the kids with him. He wanted to try for full custody but was afraid he cannot win. The wife causes fights with him all of the time. What can he do. Can he leave?
