Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Property Boundries

We had a fence going around a drive to the back of our house. Some NEW neighbors moved in, have lived there about a year we had a disagreement recently where the property line was, they had a survey done which we paid 1/2 on and our fence was on their property, we put up new privacy fence inside the property line, which left some gravel over on their property, they want us to clean gravel and reseed area. They sent us a letter stating we had 7 days to clean up and reseed, or they will take us to court and put a lein against our house. Speaking to them nicely about this does not work we have tried.
