Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I filed sexual harassment because my boss insisted, I asked several times what was going on with it and got shrugs! I had projects taken away and my hours cut and then fired. Where do I get help?

Sounds like your employer has retaliated against you for complaining about sexual harassment. That is against the law. Remedies include: 1) reinstatement; 2) all lost pay and benefits; 3) damages for emotional distress; 4) punitive damages; and 5) attorney fees.
