Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

My mother who has seizures was constantly being mentally, almost physically, and verbally abused. The boss/owner refused to fire the supervisor for cursing and screaming at her. He also kept making the supervisor work with my mother alone even after my mother told the boss what had happened. On camera there is one incident where personal injury with a vacuum is involved, so nothing is safe. The boss also knew the supervisor flew off the handle and refused to do anything about it. My mother had to quit from all the constant harassment. Is there anything I can do to help my mother in suing these people? Can these people actually be put away for there stupidity and knowing of my mother's seizures? Can I have the safety rights of employees and laws of verbal, mental, and physical harassment too?

thank you.

Unfortunately, much of what you wrote does not make sense so a number of your questiosn cannot be answered.. However, there is no crime indicated in your submission so no one will be "put away".
