Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I am currently living in a sorority house and need to get out of my housing contract for second semester. I am getting an assistance dog, but it is not entirely trained so the house will not allow it unless it is a trained service dog. I am unable to share a room with anyone because I am immunosuppressed, but the house will not give me a single unless I pay twice the room/board. They won't let me out of the contract for second semester despite having a medical illness. Can you please look over the contract and help clarify its meaning for me, please?
