Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Indiana

mortgage company

my lender foreced 2 years of insurance on our mortgage, that we did not need. To date they have not fixed our escrow account and have not figured out how much are payments should be. So they have put us in foreclosure 4 times in 2 years because they claim we are not paying our full payment, yet our statements are still incorrect because of the escrow acct being wrong. can I sue them?

Based on the facts presented, no opinion can be provided at this time. You need to review your loan documents to determine what authority you provided to them regarding insurance and escrows. Additionally, you need to see if there is an arbitration clause.
