Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Indiana

illegal video recording

What legal actions can be taken against my instructor and the red cross? While enrolled in a lifeguard training course in we (other female students & myself) found a camcorder recording us changing in & out of clothing in the locker room. The recorder was hidden under a towel & when it was discovered we watched what had been recorded & discovered it was our instructor doing the recording. We turned the recorder over to the police & he admitted that not only had he recorded us but several others. It is not proven, but the police suspect that he was uploading the images to the internet. We each paid $140 for the class to the red cross. Could we take legal action against the instructor & the red cross?

Depending on the specific circumstances, you may take legal action against both the instructor and the Red Cross. You should contact an attorney to speak in more specific terms regarding your circumstances. I can be reached at [email protected] or at the contact numbers listed in my profile.

If you would like to speak further about bringing a lawsuit against the Red Cross and/or the instructor, please feel free to use the contact information listed below.
