Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Iowa
improper name
i own a company.i am being sued by someone claiming we owe him money.he has no contract.he doesnt have the complete name of my company nor does he have my personal name right.is th legal?

Of course it's legal. Anyone can file a lawsuit. Whether it survives is another matter. You do need the services of an attorney if you're trying to wing it.
