Possession of real estate without assent

I have power of attorney for real estate property, someone has occupied the premises without assent from me, but from another. what do i do to remove them, and collect damages for the owner?

Sorry, I have more questions than answers on this one. Is the person occupying the property a tenant, are they paying rent, is there a written lease, are they "squatters?" Who gave their "assent" for them to occupy the property? Did they have authority to do so? Does the owner of the property want them removed? Finally, why would you want to collect damages from the owner? Isn't the owner the person who appointed you to act as his or her attorney in fact?
