Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

my husband and my nephew and I were are charged with the same crime due to the fact we lived in the same home I had no knowleged of what was going but I was arrested and charged they guilty parties admit there guilt but where does that leave me

You should consult direclty with legal counsel to give you advice specific to the facts of your particular case. Having said that, it may be that you have some criminal culpability for using the same residnce where criminal activity occurred, if you SHOULD have known what was going on. That is rare. But, it is likely enough taht you shoudl not give any statements to the polcie or anyone other thatn an attorney prior to getting that legal advcie. Statements you make to a friend or relative may be used against you, just as much (maybe more) as if you said them to a police officer. .
