probation officer talking about me outside of work.

i recently was put on probation for a dui. since then my P.O. has had conversations about me with someone i work with which ahs created an awkward work enviroment. I was willing to let this go but on july fifth i went in my bank to get some money and the teller said she heard i was in trouble. i asked why and she said her aunt was my P O and she told her she cought me buying beer the previous day in another state. this was news to me. how should i approach this in my next visit with her with out upsetting her. she does control my life and i dont know how to approach this.

Re: probation officer talking about me outside of work.

This sounds like a situation best handled by the PO's supervisor. Tell them about the incident with the bank teller. If this does not satisfy the situation, then you may still take other steps.

Good Luck
