How should i plead to a DUI charge being that i am under the age of 21 and possibly a fleeing and eluding charge?

Plead not guilty. If you plead guilty, you are facing jail, fines and possible loss of license. Time is of the essence. You only have 10 days to request an administrative hearing for your drivers license. If less than 10 days have passed, you still have time to request a hearing for your license.
