I live in Kansas. We have no custody agreement in order at all but I am deemed the residential parent. Do I legally have to give my ex my phone number and/or address?

If you keep the child (ren) from their other parent, it may be the basis for that other parent to get custody, and you pay support. To that extent, it may be wise to give information to them about the child(ren) and for them to be able to reach you. If phone number is not appropriate, perhaps an email address coiukd duffiuce temporarily.

Good luck
