I live in kansas and am going through a custody case, and my childs mom is dating a convicted sex offender and I don't want my child in the presendedt of a convicted sex offender can a judge make it a order to not bring my child around that?

It is within the judge's discretion and authority to decide whether the child should be kept away from the mother's boyfriend. Bring that information to the attention of your lawyer and also the child custody investigator, if there is one.
