is polygraph testimony allowed in a domestic case

There is no absolute prohibition from introducing that type of evidence. But, proving the authenticity, reliability and foundation for such evidence can be tough. The Court will allow it or not, based upon its probative value. i.e. "What could the Court leanr from it?"

Your attorney should be able to explain that particular polygraph report that you are interested about.
