Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

If im currently obligated to pay child support through the state of Kansas and i fell behind on payments and received a warrant but i live in another state. Could i be expedited back to Kansas?

It is common for folks in your situation to be extradited back to Kansas, if you lived there some point. But, it doesn't always occur. You might want to hire an attorney in Kansas to represent your interests. Perhaps you can get on a payment schedule to lessen the overdue support.
