Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have residential custody of our children. The papers state that the mother can elect to spend her time with the children on Wednesdays from the time school gets out until 8:00pm. Does this grant her the right to pick them up from school? I would have thought that the drive home from school would be my time. I think I should have the right to pick them up and make them available to her at home.

The time begins when school gets out. It would be her right to pick them up, based upon what you reported.

Good luck
