Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have sole legal primary custody of my child and we were granted to move relocate to another state where some of my family lives but we are thinking about moving to a completly different state where my husbands family lives... If there isnt a conflict between the visitations for my son and my Ex-husband (1 weekend every month) can I get in trouble for us not going to the state we were granted to move to?

If your husband isn't the child's father, you could lose custody by moving to a state other than where you were granted freedom to do. If you wish to move somewhere else, you need to start the process over.

Good luck
