Can a city seize your property and destroy it without due process and concrete evidence?

I'm not sure what you mean by "concrete evidence"\," but the constituion prohibits the state (or a city) from taking your private property without due process and just compensation. If the property is illegal ontraband, such a sstreet drugs or modified firearms, the restrictionon taking and destroying are somewhat looser.
