Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

can the judge say I cant see my fiance as part of a probation or until i turn 18

My fiance and I are 16 and he is 17 got caught with 1 joint I had it and the cops were watching and saw us both pay half and half to someone who is 18. I stuck it in my purse and we got caught with it and i tried to hide. I think I am charged with possesion tampering with evidence and so many yards from the school. He got assecery and so many yard from school. that night we were sent to Cambell County detention center for just one night the next day we had a heiring. He could attend it but I couldnt. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and started to have contractions so I was sent to the hospital. the realeased me to my mom and she told me that the judge had said I cant see my fiance until our next court date. Which is in 10 days I am scared that the judge is going to say that I cant see my fiance until i am 18 or a 6 month probation. do you think he can do that. Knowing that this is our first offence and my drug test came back negative and his came back positive. And him being the father of my child. My lawyer said that the charges against us will be dismissed but I dont know what that means. And that we might get probation and community services
