Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

Underage drinking

We have 3 teenagers at home and we drink socially. We do NOT lock up our beer etc. If one of our children has another child over and they ''help'' themselves to the beer, can we get in trouble or are we supposed to lock it up?

I don't believe you can be charged with anything criminally. However, you might face a civil lawsuit.
