child abuse
I was abused as a child along with my sister.
we were taken out of the house and put in a foster home where we were also abused.
we were sent back to live with our step mother and later she was a loud to adopt us.
can i sue the county that allowed this to happen?

What you are asking is very fact specific because there would be statute of limitations and qualified or sovereign immunity issues to look at. In other words, you'll have to go in and consult with an attorney.
