Child Rights as a Minor

At what age, in the state of Kentucky, does a child have the right to make a decision or have say regarding which parent they live with? At that age can they go before the judge and say ''This is where I want to live.''?

The older a child, the more weight the child's

opinion will carry. However, there is no

"magic age" at which a child's wish will be

the only determining piece of evidence for a judge.
