Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have an existing child support order in the county in which I reside from the dissolution of marriage, it was entered. I had to open a case with the state child support office because he wouldn't pay. He now owes $7000 in child support and I have been persistent with the state; however, he moved to Indiana and the state of Indiana will not record my child support order. Idk why but they won't. My local child support mentioned issuing a warrant and extraditing him back to Kentucky. Can they do this?

Generally it would be hard to extradite him on a child support warrant. Your local child support office should be able to send the enforcement aspect of the case to Indiana under the UIFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act). You might want to check with local child support and see if they have started a UIFSA with Indiana.
