Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Question regarding custodial interference.
My girlfriends mother doesnt like me. She hasnt since she found out that I am white (my girlfriend is black). But anyway, about a year ago, right before I turned 18, she caught us together and called the police and they let me go with a warning saying that me seeing her daughter without her concent is custodial interference. We still saw each other but just had to be really careful not to be seen by her mother and hopefully just hold it out until she turned 18. Well about two weeks ago she found out we were still dating and she called the police again. Once again I was given a warning. My girlfriend and I decided i should stay with my family in Michigan the remaining days until she turns 18 (now 158). So Ive been here for about a week and a half and we just found out today she is pregnant. What can hapen to me?
