Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Time Limit on Judge's Ruling?

I have been waiting 12 weeks for a ruling from Circuit Court Judge regarding various domestic relations issues. I need to know if there is a time-frame to compel the Judge to rule, or do I have to simply wait at his convenience. These issues are financial and I really need the funds, but certainly do not want to sway the Judge's opinion by seeming anxious, (by contacting his clerk, etc.).
