Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kentucky

sold a trailer on my property 2 years ago, they haven't moved it yet. now; they want to live in the trailer while they remodel it before they move it in 5 months. is it a good idea to let them do it?

Not without a lease and adequate compensation. You'll want to spell out your expectations completely, or else they will just continue to take advantage of you.
